All of the many different blends that are manufactured here at Spice Shop will have their own directions as to usage and proper measurements and are designed so you can use your dry food measuring cup and also the measuring spoons that I am sure you have in your kitchen. So if you do not have scales to measure the portions then you can use your own tools to do that for you. Or you can measure out the proper amount and mix with 1 or more pounds of meat to make your fresh sausage right there and then.
